These terms govern your use of Quote by Rofesoft ("the App"), an e-commerce store application provided by us ("we", "our", "us").
The App adds a quote request flow to your storefront: shoppers can request a quote for the products they are interested in, and you can reply with a priced quote they can check out from. Installing the App connects it to your store via your store platform's API.
The App includes a free plan. Each plan allows a set number of quotes to be created per calendar month; the current plans and their limits are shown on the Pricing page inside the App. When you reach your monthly limit, you can upgrade to continue creating quotes. Your existing quotes and data remain available regardless of your plan, and limits reset at the start of each calendar month.
Paid plans and pricing are shown on the Pricing page inside the App. Subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our payment processor, and auto-renew unless cancelled.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on our infrastructure and on your store platform's API. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.
The App is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any loss of sales, traffic, or revenue resulting from downtime or misconfiguration. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last billing period.
You may uninstall the App at any time from your store control panel. Uninstalling also cancels any active subscription, and your data is deleted from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
